The Missing Layer: Actionable Coordination

The internet gave us communication. Blockchain gave us programmable money. But neither gave us the ability to act together — to say "I move if enough others move" and have that commitment be credible, private, and automatically executed.

Yonatan Sompolinsky defines this in his Oxford Union address: the internet has "near-total free speech, constant participation, and yet almost no capacity to govern itself." It lacks an association layer — the ability for dynamic communities to acquire 'write' permissions to shared state.

Intendo is that layer. Built on Kaspa. It gives individuals and groups the ability to commit to shared actions — launching platforms, migrating liquidity, endorsing candidates, bootstrapping markets — with atomic execution and no central organizer.

The Stack

How Coordination Markets Work in Practice

Four axiomatic properties define a true coordination market primitive:

Coordinated Atomicity
The qualifying subset executes simultaneously. No partial execution, no gradual commit. The pack hunts together or not at all.
Accumulation Opacity
No one can determine how close the pack is to activation. The threshold crosses or it does not. No manipulation surface.
Capital Multiplexing
Co-commit the same capital across multiple coordination markets. Whatever activates first applies. Impossible on traditional rails.
Composability
The output of one coordination market is a valid input to another. Hunts chain into multi-stage coordination sequences.

Kaspa's real-time decentralization, UTXO model with covenants, and upcoming vProgs ZK layer provide the exact infrastructure these four properties require. No other PoW L1 offers this combination.

"Both composability and capital multiplexing are unique to crypto rails. Traditional payment services operate behind isolated APIs — you cannot lego box API calls, and you cannot pre-authorize pull-based payments without statically delegating your funds to the service provider."

Kaspa Technical Edge

10 BPS
Kaspa Base Layer

Kaspa's 10 BPS blockDAG provides the real-time settlement backbone. Coordination markets need atomic execution at the speed of the internet.

UTXO
Covenants

Kaspa's covenant upgrade enables conditional spending rules at the base layer — the foundation for intendo commitment enforcement.

ZK
vProgs

Zero-knowledge verifiable programs anchor off-chain coordination state to Kaspa L1 with cryptographic guarantees and no trusted intermediary.

RTD
Real-Time Consensus

Real-Time Decentralization means coordination market rounds finalize in seconds — fast enough for liquidity migrations, political commitments, and flash coordination.

PoW
Censorship Resistance

High-stakes coordination markets are targets for censorship and capture. Kaspa's proof-of-work provides the strongest available resistance.

DVP
Private Propagation

Designated Verifiable Proofs enable off-the-record social propagation of intendos — privately verifiable but publicly deniable, preserving accumulation opacity.
